Clark County Food Bank

Clark County Food Bank is a regional food bank that distributes 6 million pounds of food and 5 million meals a year.  Their mission is to alleviate hunger and its root causes.  They achieve their mission in two parts: providing emergency food relief to individuals and families, as well as implementing a preventative stance against the various causes of hunger.

 

 

Clark County Public Health

Public Health is working in our neighborhoods and communities to promote healthier choices and give all residents a better chance for a healthy lifestyle by improving access to healthy food and supporting physical activity.

 

 

USDA Food and Nutrition Service

The FNS Food Distribution Programs’ mission is to strengthen the Nation’s nutrition safety net by providing food and nutrition assistance to school children and families; and support American agriculture by distributing high quality, 100% American-grown USDA Foods. 

 

 

WSU Extension Nutrition & Health

The Food Safety and Nutrition Education program in Clark County provides research based food safety and nutrition information to consumers. Washington State University Extension Food Safety and Nutrition programs help families make food and physical activity choices that promote health and prevent disease.
